Sahal University is is a non – profit educational institution and it is Horn Africa’s first university that offers half scholarship Accrediated innovative online & Regular undergraduate programs and equipping the future generations of Africa. Sahal was launched by group of Computer Engineers in 2010 as a higher education institution since then the Board of Trustees upgraded the institute into a university on Sept 2016 that offers intensive Regular & Online undergraduate

Sahal University students study in one of two strategically located campuses in Bosaso or Las’anod. At the same time Sahal University serves the entire people of Somalia, since we have launched Distance education. At the same time Sahalsoftware college which is affiliated with Sahal University has branches across Somalia in the following cities:, Kismayo, Garowe, Lasanod, WidhWidh, Ceegaag, Buuhoodle, Hargeysa, Borama, Burco, Ceerigaabo, and Bosaso and receives students from portions of the other five regions.Sahal University is equipped with the latest technology and has the necessary staff and resources to ensure the best professional service is provided at all times.
